Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.
In this position, Ford is looking for a Product Leader to drive forward a portfolio of innovative products and enhancements within the digital product space, focused on our Digital Storefront, a digital experience available in mobile, web, and in vehicle enabling customers to discover, shop for, and manage vehicle upgrades (e.g., BlueCruise Autonomous Driving). The team is looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager who loves to innovate and drive products forward to the next generation, ultimately changing tens of millions of customers lives.
What you'll do...
- Define strategy, manage a portfolio of products and enhancements
- Enhance / create new customer experiences to drive meaningful improvement in business performance
- Analyze data and coordinate a team of engineers, designers, and product managers
- Work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines
- Collaborate on multi-year product strategy for Ford Motor Company
- Own the strategy for your product area, defining your vision, goals, and investments
- Develop new product pitches and requirements, and translate into high quality product roadmaps
- Coordinate a large diverse team of engineers, designers, and partner product teams to innovate new and enhance existing products to drive your vision
- Manage a diverse roadmap and make tradeoff decisions between investments across multiple years
- Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of internal processes and product development mechanisms to increase throughput
