Residential Sales Consultant
The Exterior Company, one of INC 5000's fastest-growing home exterior services companies, is expanding our in-home sales team in Connecticut! We are seeking motivated, high-energy sales representatives to connect homeowners with TEC's premium exterior services, with a focus on residential roofing.
What You Can Expect :
Paid Training Program : Get equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel.
No Cold Calling : Work exclusively with pre-set, pre-qualified leads.
In-Home Consultation : Conduct on-site inspections and solution-based product presentations tailored to homeowners.
Tech-Enabled Selling : Present customized package and pricing options, including financing solutions.
Closing Sales : Leverage negotiation skills to seal the deal and earn top-tier commissions.
Unlimited Earning Potential : Performance-based pay, earning $100k - $150k+ per year.
Expect a full-time schedule of 5 days a week , including some weekends. Afternoon and early evening shifts are the best time to make a sale with a customer.
