New Home Star, in partnership with Maronda Homes, is seeking a dynamic Build On Your Lot Sales Agent to join our Orlando Division. This position is dedicated exclusively to our Scattered Lot Program , serving buyers who wish to build their dream home on their own land or on one of our available scattered homesites throughout Volusia County.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives outside the traditional model setting, can manage a large geographical territory, and enjoys helping customers navigate the unique process of building on their lot (or ours). You’ll act as the bridge between homebuyers, our construction and operations team, and local real estate professionals to ensure a smooth, transparent, and exciting experience from homesite selection to contract.
