Job descriptionHighly professional and dependable, pleasant / friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality Positive interaction with children at different ages and skill levels, understanding of social-emotional to engage in provided curriculum Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Able to work harmoniously, solution and detail-oriented and ability to provide constructive feedback Excellent communication (written and verbal), good listening, follow up and problem solving skills, including high coping capabilities High integrity, competent, confident and coachable Experience working in a licensed child care / day care facility Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations Ability to stand and / or walk for extended periods of time; and able to kneel or squat
