Job description2–3 years of post-graduate experience in full-stack engineering. Strong track record of shipping production-ready software multiple times. Comfortable taking ownership of features end-to-end, including testing and user follow-ups. Strong academic pedigree / work experience (Ivy League, Palantir) or equivalent exceptional signal. Has personally shipped production features multiple times, not just contributed. Experience in high-pressure environments where production breakages had outsized business impact. Manufacturing / supply chain familiarity or deep interest in operational systems. Ex-founder or demonstrated ownership mentality — cares deeply about product outcome. Fast learner who can quickly acclimate to new codebases and product contexts. Engaged and thorough — tests their work, follows up with users, ensures solutions stick. Responsibilities
- Take on core product features end-to-end, from backend architecture to frontend implementation.
- Engage directly with users when needed.
- Operate under pressure — resolve production issues with outsized business impact while moving fast with care and thoroughness.
- Collaborate closely with the founders and early engineers to shape product and company direction.
