CNC Operator

Shift : 2nd : Monday - Friday; 3PM - 11PM

Key Job Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate multiple Carbide Presses which may include the following machines : Osterwalder 160, Osterwalder 160LX, Osterwalder 320, Osterwalder 640 or Dorst. Computer controlled setup using the HMI (human machine interfaces) to make adjustment to programs for press set-ups.

Education and Experience :

Work Environment :

Environment with controlled temperatures and dust collection systems. Safety glasses with side-shields required. Safety Shoes are required. Gloves, cut resistant gloves when necessary.

Physical Demands :

Approximately eight hours standing with two break opportunities per eight hour work period. Intermittent walking, reaching, sitting and bending. Lifting insert trays weighing no more than thirty-three (33) pounds.
