Job Summary
Provide administrative oversight and support for a program (Ex, residency programs, clinical fellow programs, and clinical research). Work with leadership to ensure educational goals are met. Participate in the development of a strategic plan for the educational program in the department. Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of the office educational support staff.

Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred.
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
Licenses and Credentials : Experience in the administration of education programs 3-5 years required and Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or adult learning theory 2-3 years preferred.
