Overview MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in tailored solutions for diverse client needs. We seek an experienced Director of Strategic Growth and Capture to lead large-scale efforts across Federal and SLED markets. This role involves developing strategies, building relationships, and ensuring competitive, compliant responses to RFPs.

Key Responsibilities Lead capture efforts across Federal and SLED markets, aligning with MCI's growth goals.

Develop tailored capture strategies for procurement environments.

Advise senior leadership on market trends and competitor analysis.

Build relationships with stakeholders, partners, and government clients.

Manage long-term and short-term capture efforts, coordinating teams.

Analyze market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.

Create win strategies and value propositions.

Support pricing strategies with market data.

Manage teaming agreements, NDAs, and resource allocation.

Collaborate on staffing and resource alignment for bids.

Ensure high-quality, compliant responses to RFIs, RFPs, and related documents.

Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 12 years in capture management or business development, with Federal and SLED expertise.

Deep knowledge of Federal and SLED procurement processes.

Experience with agencies like Treasury, FDIC, SEC, Education, Commerce, Energy, Justice, and others.

Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools.

Preferred Skills Knowledge of SLED procurement platforms.

Success in capturing Federal and SLED business.

Ability to adapt strategies to diverse customer needs.

Experience fostering team collaboration and innovation.

Additional Requirements Authorized to work in the job's location.

Willing to undergo background / security investigations and drug screening.
