As a Banana Republic stylist, you will create aspirational and on-trend looks, contribute to a positive environment, and grow the business by delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Take inspiration from fashion references and translate it into action by solving customer styling needs
• Connect and engage with customers authentically
• Serve as a brand storyteller to drive sales and achieve store goals
• Demonstrate values and behaviors consistent with our Words to Live By
• Assist in creating an inclusive environment
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required
