Position Overview
The Employee Experience Manager serves as a vital bridge between hourly associates and the support systems they need to thrive both personally and professionally. This role focuses on enhancing the overall associate experience by helping employees navigate challenges such as housing instability, childcare access, financial hardship, or other personal barriers. By connecting associates with internal and external resources, the manager promotes stability, engagement, and retentionallowing team members to bring their best selves to work each day. Ultimately, this position strengthens the foundation of the healthcare system by ensuring that caregivers are cared for, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to patients and communities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, social services, or hospitality leadership. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse teams. Experience analyzing employee feedback and developing actionable insights. Compassionate, resourceful, and solutions-driven approach to employee relations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
