As a Job Coach, you will help our clients in preparing for and succeeding in the workplace. Job Coaches are responsible for assessing and evaluating barriers and challenges with individuals on the job. This includes working on life skills, developing job task breakdowns, transporting clients, coaching, teaching and mentoring them as they learn skills for increased independence and successful employment. Job Coaches must be able to transport clients within the community and maintain the state-mandated minimum auto liability insurance coverage.
