State Licensed Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to support its commercial contracting strategy and enhance legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the global Go-To-Market (GTM) team with various commercial agreements

Review, draft, and negotiate vendor agreements while optimizing the procurement process

Lead legal operations projects to enhance the use of AI tools and streamline internal review processes

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience at a top law firm or high-growth technology company

J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with current bar admission in at least one U.S. state

Experience negotiating technical vendor and SaaS agreements

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage client expectations

Strong executive presence for successful negotiations with various stakeholders
