The HT Group is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients in Beaumont. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers a schedule of Monday–Friday, 7 : 30AM – 4 : 30PM, with pay starting at $15hr.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide professional communication and customer service through in-person, Zoom, and phone interactions.
- Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and preparing for meetings.
- Manage and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
