Job description

The HT Group is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients in Beaumont. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers a schedule of Monday–Friday, 7 : 30AM – 4 : 30PM, with pay starting at $15hr.

This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and looking for a long-term career opportunity with room to grow.  Dress requirements : Professional .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide professional communication and customer service through in-person, Zoom, and phone interactions.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and preparing for meetings.
  • Manage and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed.

  • Microsoft Excel – 1 year (Preferred)
  • QuickBooks – 1 year (Preferred)
