Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a specialized team delivering personalized client service and mentoring staff

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of industry-relevant experience
2 years of previous managerial experience in an operations or production environment preferred
Experience in banking and supporting high net worth clients is preferred
No required certifications or licenses
