Handyman Full-time

Salary: $25-$40 per Hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team to perform small repairs and general maintenance across multiple residential and commercial properties located throughout New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, hVAC and appliance fixes.
• Conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate with property managers to report issues and complete work orders.
• Travel daily to various property locations as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of general repair techniques and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
