OB / GYN Opportunity in West Central Minnesota About position : Located in Fergus Falls, MN; 60m from Fargo, ND; 200m from MinneapolisFull Time; EmployedPermanent PositionSeeking a full-time OB / GYN PhysicianJoin a team of 1 OB / GYN MD, 1 Family Medicine / OB Physician, and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)This established practice see s patients for : annual exams, anxiety & depression screening, STD s, HPV, infertility, birth control, colon screening, perimenopause & menopause, high-risk pregnancies, endometrial ablation, hysterectomies, prenatal care, pre-surgical exams, & gynecologic surgery. Trauma level 3 hospital with the nearest level 1 trauma center 1 hour away Established practice is approximately 50% obstetrics and 50% gynecology; opportunity for high gynecology surgical practice Referral base draws from 7 clinics, and a primary service area supporting a population of 70,000 for this specialty 1 : 4 on-call, for our 4 bed labor and delivery department, and emergency department Average 225 deliveries / yearCompensationFull benefits include : health, dental, vision, life insurance, group health insurance, disability insurance (short and long term), & malpractice insurance6 weeks paid time offGuaranteed salary for the first 2 years of employment with the opportunity for additional compensation based on production hours workedGenerous sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and paid professional duesProfit-sharing & cash balance planAnnual employer contribution of 10% of wages towards 401K plan (100% vested without employee contribution requirements)Qualifications : Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited residency required.
