Key Responsibilities

Lead hands-on design work, ensuring high-quality user-centered experiences across projects

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of product design experience, including 1-3+ years in a management role

A portfolio showcasing high-craft consumer experiences from concept to product launch

Demonstrated success in designing and shipping features in high-scale consumer environments

Mastery of Figma and knowledge of modern UX and visual design best practices

Experience with A / B testing and experimentation frameworks is a plus
