As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you engage with building occupants and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related incidents encountered during patrols or while on post. Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, tenants, and / or visitors to provide assistance and relay important information as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and any actions taken during the shift as required by site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements : Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
