Job descriptionLead secure video therapy sessions for diverse clients Create treatment plans and update as needed Collaborate virtually with other clinicians to ensure client success Complete thorough and compliant documentation Engage in professional development opportunities Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) Two or more years of therapy experience Ability to manage telehealth technology effectively Health, dental, and vision coverage Employer-supported 401(k) Paid vacation and holidays Life insurance

Position Summary
Join our telehealth team as a Licensed Therapist supporting clients across California. This position gives you the opportunity to work from home while helping individuals overcome challenges and strengthen their emotional well-being.
Schedule & Pay
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
- Compensation : $115,000 – $120,000 annually
- Full benefits package
