Key Responsibilities
Analyze legal and factual issues and develop well-reasoned litigation strategies.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery.
Manage depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
Communicate consistently and professionally with clients, staff, opposing counsel, and the court.
Prepare and present evidence during administrative hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Efficiently manage and resolve assigned cases with strong attention to detail and organization.
Qualifications
J.D. and active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar .
0 3 years of Workers' Compensation experience.
Strong writing, research, and file-management skills.
Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
