• About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Construction Foreman to lead crews and keep projects running smoothly.

• What You'll Do
• Lead and supervise a team of skilled tradespeople on commercial construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints , ensuring work meets project specifications
• Oversee quality control and ensure job sites are safe, organized, and productive
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to keep jobs on schedule
• Hands-on carpentry work as needed to support your team What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of carpentry / construction experience (commercial projects preferred)
• 2+ years of leadership experience running a crew
• Strong knowledge of commercial building construction and carpentry techniques
• Ability to manage schedules, materials, and job site efficiency
