What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Monitor entrances, exits, and key access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious behavior.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Collaborate with hotel or resort staff to address guest concerns and support a welcoming environment.

Assist with access control, visitor management, and / or crowd control as needed during events or peak times.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
