Job Description

We are conducting a confidential search for a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a busy internal medicine practice in San Diego. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care and supporting medical staff with both clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform patient intake, record vital signs, and assist with examinations.
• Conduct EKGs, administer injections, and perform blood draws.
• Handle phone triage and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Manage front office duties including patient check-in and check-out.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect payments.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Support physicians and nurses in delivering efficient healthcare services.
