Resident Assistant aka Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Spring Arbor Senior Living is looking for compassionate and dependable CNA or PCA professionals to join our amazing care team.

Available Shifts :

Full Time 1st Shift- 7am-3pm

Full Time 2nd shift- 3pm-11pm

What You'll Do :

• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, etc.)
• Support residents during meals and activities
• Respond promptly to resident calls and needs
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure residents' comfort and safety
• Help maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas
• Assist with laundry and phone calls as needed
