About the Role :

In this role, you'll assist clients with planning and booking travel experiences including cruises, resorts, tours, and more. Key Responsibilities :

Research and recommend travel options that fit client preferences and budgets

Manage bookings for flights, cruises, hotels, tours, and vacation packages

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel

Stay up to date with industry promotions, packages, and deals

Use company tools and vendor platforms to manage reservations
