Behaviorbee ABA Services is dedicated to providing high-quality scientific and individualized ABA therapy services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. We are seeking a motivated and skilled BCaBA to join us in our mission.
As a BCaBA, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide support to clients and their families. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the field while making a meaningful difference.

Implement and monitor behavior intervention plansProvide behavior treatment by protocol to clients, as-neededConduct functional assessments and gather dataCollaborate with BCBA to develop and modify treatment plansProvide training and support to parents and caregiversEnsure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliabilityAssist behavior analysts in protocol modification, assessments, family treatment guidance, treatment planning and clinical programmingProvide clinical direction to technicians, as-neededDocument services delivered accurately and timely according to company policiesReport clinical and scheduling concerns promptlyAdhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwrittenComplete other tasks as assigned by BCBA supervisorRequired Skills
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, Special Education or related fieldCurrent BCaBA certification or scheduled to sit for the BCaBA exam in the next two monthsLicensure in the state of VirginiaCertification, registration, and / or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment2 years experience in ABA therapy or working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) preferredReliable transportationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassion for working with children and families
