UX / UI Subject Matter Expert

A company is looking for a UX / UI Subject Matter Expert (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX strategy and design efforts across federal digital platforms

Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using design tools to visualize and iterate on concepts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, or related field

5-8 years of experience in IT, with relevant experience substitutable for education

Demonstrated experience converting business processes into usable diagrams for application development

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and ServiceNow

Strong understanding of accessibility compliance and inclusive design principles
