Job descriptionHigh school diploma or GED. 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing or chemical processing (not required). Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Mechanical aptitude is a plus. Flexible to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Join our team as a Production Technician at our cutting-edge polymer manufacturing facility in East Berlin, CT. We’re hiring both experienced and entry-level with paid, on-the-job training & opportunities to grow into advanced technical or leadership positions.
Description :
- Operate and monitor equipment in our polymer production facility.
- Accurately weigh and mix raw materials based on batch recipes.
- Collect product samples and conduct quality tests.
- Record production data and input information into company systems.
- Load finished products into bulk tankers, drums, and totes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with equipment checks and routine maintenance prep.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality control guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
