New Jersey Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to manage pharmacotherapy outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers regarding medication-related issues

Ensure proper documentation and compliance in medication distribution and fulfillment

Oversee Pharmacy Technicians and ensure adherence to medication management and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

BS in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred

Active pharmacy license in the state of NJ

2+ years of experience in pharmacy distribution and chronic care management

Preferred : Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCGP)

Must be registered or eligible for registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
