Euro Car Doctor is looking for a motivated Sales Service Advisor / Writer to join our high-performance team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building lasting client relationships, and bring experience from independent European automotive shops, wed love to connect with you! This position has an option with leadership skills, as youll have the potential to grow into managing the team of service advisors.

About the Role :

This is a dynamic, hands-on position that places you at the heart of our customer interactions and sales.

As a Sales Service Advisor and Writer Manager , youll work alongside an incredible team of service advisors, a parts manager, and a general manager who are here to support you. With a team of 5-6 skilled technicians and a quality control porter, you'll be essential in prioritizing both customer satisfaction and shop profitability. This role also provides an opportunity to showcase your leadership skills overseeing the team of service advisors and guiding the shop to success.

You will Still be required to Write Service and lead the team. Your compensation will include the overall store and gp bonus on top of your regular compensation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive Sales and Client Management : Lead sales efforts with honesty and integrity, keeping customer satisfaction and shop profitability at the forefront.
• Daily Sales and Productivity : Track your daily sales, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
• Maintain Standards and Systems : Ensure alignment with our established procedures to meet profit goals and efficiency standards.
• Promote a Positive Environment : Foster a clean, organized, and supportive workspace in our busy, high-volume shop

What Were Looking For :

Additionally, strong leadership skills are highly valued as this role may evolve into managing a team of service advisors.
