Hairstylist and barber wanted hiring for 3 ocations

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hairstylist and Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hairstyling and or barbering techniques and have the ability to provide exceptional grooming services to our clients. As a stylist / barber you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our customers while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

• Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
• Utilize various barbering techniques including straight razor shaves, hair threading, and hair extensions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on styles and products.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending hair care products that suit client needs.
• Mentor junior barbers or apprentices, sharing knowledge and skills to foster their development.
• Manage appointments using salon software to ensure efficient scheduling and customer service.
• Skills
• Proficient in barbering techniques with experience in straight razor shaving, hair extensions, and eyelash extensions.
• Familiarity with salon software for appointment management and customer records.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Retail sales experience is a plus, enabling effective product recommendations.
• Ability to mentor others, providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.
• Knowledge of makeup application is an advantage but not required.
