Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant with a background in B2B sales — ideally in HVAC, energy efficiency, or commercial facility solutions. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional who understands how to identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and deliver value-based solutions that make both financial and environmental sense.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new commercial and institutional clients.
  • Present e2o Energy’s efficiency programs, including HVAC optimization and utility-incentive partnerships.
  • Develop customized proposals demonstrating measurable financial returns for clients.
  • Coordinate with our technical and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, utilities, and industry partners.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (energy, HVAC, construction, or related fields preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple accounts.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
