At Washman Car Wash, we take pride in providing top-notch car wash services with excellent customer care. We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Ride-Thru Car Wash Sales Cashier. As a key member of our customer-facing team, youll ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers while processing payments and offering the best service options.

Job Responsibilities :

• Greet customers as they arrive for service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Process payments accurately, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate car wash packages based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide information on membership options, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor car wash lanes and ensure timely processing of vehicles.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.
• Promote and sell additional services such as detailing, wax, and other add-ons.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
