The St. Francis Center (SFC) is a multi-departmental organization established in June 1983 as a refuge for individuals experiencing homelessness in the metro Denver area. Our programs include a drop-in day center, employment services, street outreach, and permanent supportive housing with social services offered within each department. Across SFC programs, our neighbors have the opportunity to work with a variety of specialists, depending on their individual needs, to empower them to reach self-identified goals and ultimately self-sufficiency.
We are currentlyseeking a Front Desk Associate at our St. Francis Apartments West, a part of our Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) department. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The schedule for this position is a 40 hours per week. St. Francis Apartments West is one of multiple SFC PSH properties that serve as a solution for individuals transitioning out of homelessness, enabling them to work towards meaningful self-determination after becoming housed.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Front Desk Associate will provide an accessible physical presence to assist residents and volunteers, enforce the community guidelines, and support the property manager in her efforts to ensure the property complies with all legal requirements. This position will collaborate with the property management team and the supportive services team to create a welcoming, trauma-informed care environment.

$21-23 / Hour
This is a Full-Time non-exempt position. The schedule for this position is a 16 hours per week.
The position is eligible for the pension plan (5% plus a dollar-for-dollar match of contributions up to 4% of earnings) and employer-paid PTO / sick leave.
