Job Summary :

The Operations Analyst will support the Private Banking Group by providing operational assistance across various lending and banking products, including Liquidity Access Line (LAL) and Express Credit Line services. This role involves direct interaction with Financial Advisors, Private Bankers, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery, operational accuracy, and process efficiency. Ideal candidates are new graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience in finance, banking, or operations who demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Liquidity Access Line (LAL) Telephone Hotline by responding to field inquiries regarding loan status, outstanding issues, and documentation.
• Meet phone performance metrics including handle time, accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to scripts.
• Review loan applications and servicing requests to verify accuracy and completeness within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Communicate missing or incomplete information required to progress loan pipelines.
• Reconcile and process monetary transactions and review daily operational reports.
• Cross-train across multiple functions to provide coverage and support as needed.
• Train new team members upon becoming proficient in specific functions.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to accomplish departmental goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
