As Director of Global Organic Growth, you will lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and SEO strategy for hbomax.com, with a strong focus on scaling experimentation and performance across all HBO Max markets. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, analytics, and regional teams, you'll drive data-led improvements to the user journey, with CRO as the primary lever to increase acquisition and retention.

You'll shape the performance roadmap, enable regional teams with frameworks and best practices, and partner closely with product and experimentation teams to execute high-impact tests. This role demands strong leadership, a test-and-learn mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Your Role Accountabilities...

CRO & Experimentation (Primary Focus)

• Define and lead a CRO strategy across the hbomax.com user journey.
• Partner with product and UX teams to plan and execute high-impact A / B and multivariate tests.
• Enable regional teams with guidance and tools for test ideation and optimization.
• Champion a test-and-learn culture across marketing, with a focus on iterative improvement.
• Translate test results into actionable insights and scale winning variants globally.
• Track performance against targets and ensure learnings are shared and applied consistently.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and / or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range : $130,760.00 - $242,840.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
