Performs physical therapy evaluations, establishes plan of care to meet identified goals, provides treatments, evaluates effectiveness of treatments, and modifies plan of care as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

EXPERIENCE

• 1 year experience as a physical therapist in acute care setting required
