Responsibilities

Process and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures :

Verify all documents are signed & completed properly

Maintain a high level of customer confidentiality

Process paperwork on a timely basis

Prepare & submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles (DMV)

Prepare & submit all legal paperwork to obtain out-of-state titles

Prepare tax & title documents

Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels

Process Dealer Trades and Wholesales

Qualifications

Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.

Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic.

Great attitude with a high-energy personality.

Superior customer service skills.

Self-starter and self-motivated.

Job Requirements

Automotive Dealership Title Processing experience preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

FL Notary Public preferred

FL Title experience preferred

Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Excel & Word)

Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m..

8 hour shifts.
