Job Description

As a Security Professional - Commercial Real Estate Desk in San Mateo, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access, managing badge control, responding to alarm panels, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in supporting building operations and helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and communication skills. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
