We're looking for a full-time Inventory & Counter Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that goes far beyond typical warehouse work. You'll be responsible for managing critical inventory operations, handling counter sales, and working directly with our technicians and customers.

Schedule : Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, with occasional overtime based on demand

Pay : $19.00-23.00 hourly, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and organize inventory of HVAC and plumbing parts and materials
  • Receive, stock, and label incoming shipments accurately
  • Track inventory movement and assist with regular cycle counts and audits
  • Fulfill and stage orders for field technicians
  • Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and resolving discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, techs, and office staff to resolve inventory or order issues
  • Answer phones and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

    • Required Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse operations, counter sales, or parts distribution is required
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in accounting is a plus
  • Experience in the HVAC industry or trade environment is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds (with or without assistance)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
