Your role on the team :

• Develops training plans and processes to be implemented by Training Coordinators
• Monitors training activities to ensure all weekly scheduled training is conducted
• Develops metrics to evaluate training effectiveness; modifies training content or delivery method to meet training objectives
• Develops new training programs when needed, such as related to Value Added Services
• Compiles report to management of training statistics with recommendations for successful training activities
• Supervises employees including : interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
