The Role
We are seeking a person who can function in all areas, business and legal directly or through interaction with outside professionals, thinking as a business person as well as a lawyer. We look to do in-house what we can and use outside counsel when required.

Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience in the range of $120,000 to $185,000 per year plus discretionary bonus.
Location: New York, NY 10017, with a preference for in the office.
