Emergency Services Manager

The Emergency Services Manager leads a team of technicians restoring homes and businesses after disasters such as floods and fires. The ideal candidate is socially inclined, a strong communicator, detailed, quick, motivational, and highly organized. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage consistent change, and the skills to inspire teams to deliver high-quality work. Outcomes

Lead mitigation team to meet or exceed NPS (>

70) and Scorecard (>

73) compliance targets.

Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and meet Paul Davis and industry standards compliance >

90%.

Coordinate team performance to achieve profitability goals.

Responsibilities

Lead mitigation crews performing water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning / removal.

Direct daily team huddles to ensure crews are prepared with clear priorities, equipment, and resources.

Meet with clients and adjusters on-site to resolve issues and provide professional guidance.

Re-inspect job sites for quality control and ensure compliance with Paul Davis and industry specifications.

Deliver excellent customer service with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.

Foster collaboration across departments and support other team members as needed.

Ensure clean, organized, and properly stocked trucks and equipment are maintained at all times.

Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as required.

Represent the Paul Davis brand with professionalism, integrity, and leadership.

Qualifications
