Job Summary :

We're seeking a dynamic, data-driven Director of Marketing to lead growth, retention, and brand initiatives across all channels. This role blends creative vision with operational excellence. Driving measurable results through performance marketing, storytelling, and strategic leadership.

Responsibilities :

Acquisition : Oversee paid media strategy, creative production, and performance optimization across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Manage UGC content and creator partnerships.

Retention : Own Email / SMS marketing via Klaviyo - from campaign strategy to creative approvals and performance reviews.

Marketing Calendar & Promos : Plan and execute promotional calendars, evergreen offers, and seasonal campaigns.

Creative & Copy : Write and review marketing copy, oversee photoshoots, and manage creative operations and workflows.

Website & Merchandising : Manage homepage updates, merchandising strategy, and campaign integrations.

TikTok Shop & Live : Oversee live sessions, creative strategy, and shop operations.

Operations & Vendors : Track spend and performance metrics (GA4, Lifetimely, Kendall). Manage agencies and vendor contracts.

Hiring & Team Growth : Recruit, train, and lead marketing team members.

Reporting : Maintain dashboards and review key metrics (RCR, CVR, AOV, spend).

Tools : Shopify Plus, TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, Monday.com, Canva, Figma, Slack.

Qualifications :

6+ years of marketing leadership in DTC / eCommerce

Proven success scaling Meta, Google, and TikTok performance marketing

Strong lifecycle marketing and creative management experience

Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and major ad platforms
