Job Description

• Manages the Career Trade Program for the Center Analyzes training procedure
• Counsels' groups and individuals relative to vocational objectives
• Develops Corrective Action Plan
• Ensures integration of vocational training with academics Conducts regular shop visitations / observations
• Writes and Develops SOPs and Center Training Plan
• Attends Scheduled Meets with the Center Industry Councils
• Actively participates as member of Youth Council Maintains required Statistical Performance
• Reviews Center reports, reconciles as appropriate, and develops
• Corrective Action Plan Meets bi-monthly with vocational staff and ensures minutes from each meeting are accurate
• Meets jointly with academic and vocations to plan Applied Academics Review's attendance sheets for accuracy of documentation Notes any trends or patterns and establishes appropriate plan(s) of action / discipline
• Ensures all custodians / locations complete 3 quarterly inventories per ETA 359 Property Handbook. Inventories completed as circumstances dictate, i.e.
• When custodian changes, etc. Ensures any theft or other losses are reported within 3 business days.
• Other duties as assigned
