Where And How You Can Work

Our US offices are in New York and Dallas, and we have offices in Australia, UK, Europe andCanada. We value having the team together but will work out a viable solution for everyonein the team.

What Youd Be Doing In This Role

At Bureau, change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So, this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

The Role

Were looking for a passionate and driven Sales SME Team Manager to lead our inbound and SME (SmallMedium Enterprise) sales function. This role is all about driving performance, enablement, and consistent execution across a growing team of inbound and SME sales representatives (~8 team members).

Youll be responsible for developing the teams capability, implementing data-driven sales processes, and ensuring a world-class buyer experience that converts inbound interest into long-term customer relationships. Over time, the scope of this role will expand to include leadership and enablement across our senior strategic account team, as the SME function matures.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of inbound and SME sales reps to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Implement structured sales enablement programs to improve product knowledge, sales acumen, and customer engagement quality.
  • Drive inbound lead conversion through consistent process execution, pipeline management, and proactive performance coaching.
  • Own the SME sales forecast and maintain visibility on activity, conversion, and performance metrics.
  • Partner closely with performance marketing to optimize lead flow, campaign performance, and messaging alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, operations, and finance to ensure a seamless sales-to-delivery experience.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve tools, and scale performance through data and insights.
  • Prepare the team and infrastructure for future expansion into managing strategic account sales.
  • Report regularly on performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Talent retention and acquisition.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven B2B direct sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing high-performing SME or inbound sales teams.
  • Track record of exceeding targets in fast-scaling or high-growth environments, ideally within design, interiors, workplace, or premium product sectors.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills experienced in using CRM and performance metrics to drive accountability and forecast accuracy.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on coaching, developing talent, and leading by example to foster a culture of performance and growth.
  • Commercially strategic thinker who can balance short-term execution with long-term sales enablement and market development goals.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and brings a collaborative, solutions-focused attitude.
