START (Systemic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resources, and Treatment) employ a positive approach to build upon an individual’s strengths to fortify experiences, ambition, character, and abilities. These services promote person-centered approaches and training for persons, families, and caregivers using positive approaches and other therapeutic tools.
The Therapeutic Coach Team Leader plays a key clinical and leadership role in the implementation of the START Model , a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework designed to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and co-occurring mental health or behavioral health needs . START services are grounded in the belief that every person possesses unique abilities, talents, and potential—and that by promoting positive experiences , recognizing strengths , and fostering personal interests , we can support stability, healing, and meaningful engagement in community life.
The Therapeutic Coach Team Leader provides clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship to a team of START Therapeutic Coaches. This leader ensures that therapeutic services, community linkages, crisis stabilization efforts, and family supports are implemented with fidelity and compassion.

Qualifications :
The base salary for this position ranges from $63,000 - $68,000 annually. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
