The Vital Stretch is coming to Northeast Ohio! We’re a fast-growing, franchise-based wellness brand focused on the art and science of assisted stretching. Our mission : help people move better, feel better, and live better. Solon is primed for our arrival – and we’re looking for the right leader to make our 44139 location the go-to destination for flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.

The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and results-driven General Manager to launch and lead our first Cleveland area location. You’ll be part coach, part sales leader, part community connector – the heartbeat of our studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & inspire a team of certified stretch specialists and front desk associates.
• Drive membership sales, and maintain a high member retention rate, through exceptional customer service, in-studio events, and local community outreach.
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, payroll, and staff performance.
• Promote our brand on social media by creating engaging, authentic content.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from first stretch to long-term member relationships.
• Hit and exceed monthly sales and retention goals.
