Coverage Needed October 2023 - Ongoing 1.5 FTE Providers Needed Open to multiple candidates Schedule Mon-Fri 8a-5p - Clinic and OR Mon-Fri 5p-8a - Pager call Weekend call 8a-8a Physician will work 3 days in clinic, and 2 days in the OR each week + call Will consider candidates who can offer 1-2 weeks / month or full-time coverage. Clinical Details Clinic : 18-22 patients per day Requirements Active IL License Active DEA Board Certified, Board Eligible (Within the 12 months of residency) ACLS, BLS 1 Year minimum experience Required Procedures : Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR. Adults only - no Peds. EMR EPIC
