Job Description :

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for supporting the organization's financial operations through accurate account management, transaction processing, and staff support. This role requires strong organizational skills and a willingness to collaborate with team members to ensure seamless platform operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Account Management : Guide staff on the process of opening new accounts and submitting them through the platform.
• Transaction Execution : Facilitate the execution of transactions, including buying and selling deposits, as well as processing withdrawals.
• Systematic Transactions : Instruct staff on setting up and managing systematic deposits and withdrawals within the platform.
• Staff Support : Address and resolve questions from GWN staff efficiently and professionally.
• Funds Management : Manage transactions involving both Qualified and Non-Qualified Money to ensure compliance and accuracy.
